The 12th edition of the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique, scheduled to take place from 8 to 10 May 2020 on the legendary Monaco circuit, was cancelled for obvious reasons – but those for whom a new TAG Heuer timepiece is the main event weren’t to be disappointed.
The latest limited-edition (1,000 watches) watch from the official sponsors of the Monaco Grand Prix is a striking chronograph featuring the signature red-and-white colour code familiar to motor racing fans around the globe.
The logo of the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique is found at the one o’clock position on a crimson brushed dial, as well as on the inside of the transparent sapphire glass part of its stainless-steel case back, through which the Calibre Heuer 02 in-house mechanical movement – which has a total of 168 individual components, including a column wheel and a vertical clutch – is also visible.
Pre-order via www.tagheuer.com before its launch on July 27 , 2020.
