Breitling has announced a partnership with online men’s retailer Mr. Porter.
The joint venture will be kicked off in June, with the release of the Navitimer Aviator 8 B01 Chronograph 43 Limited Edition. At the heart of the Navitimer 8 sits the Breitling Manufacture Caliber B01, and like all Breitling watches, the Navitimer 8 is a COSC-certified chronometer.
The watch will be limited to just 1,000 pieces and will be available exclusively from Mr. Porter in June. After that it will be available in B
reitling Boutiques and select Breitling retailers around the world.
Along with the Navitimer 8, the watchmaker will be releasing another 31 pieces online. Those will be a specially curated selection of Breitling’s most iconic timepieces.
Mr. Porter has been enjoying a luxury watch coup of sorts in recent times, also scoring the rights to sell TAG Heuer, Jaeger-LeCoultre and Panerai.
Breitling CEO, Georges Kern, said the decision to team-up with Mr. Porter was an obvious one as both brands “share common values of quality, exclusivity, and an affinity for exceptional products.”
“This is an important step in Breitling’s omnichannel strategy and perfectly fits our digital vision to offer a unique brand experience to a broader audience around the globe,” Kern said
